Location.ZW is a research practice. We exist to bring transparent method and honest analysis to a market that too often runs on anecdote.

What we believe

Good decisions need good evidence. Zimbabwe's property market is one of the least transparent in the region: thin transaction data, asking-versus-achieved gaps, and a currency landscape that distorts almost every number. In that environment, confident claims are cheap and reliable ones are rare.

We try to be the reliable kind. We cite our sources, show our method, and state plainly where the data runs out. We would rather publish a narrow finding we can stand behind than a sweeping one we cannot.

Who we work with

Pension funds and trustees, REITs and fund managers, developers and lenders, councils and policymakers, and the media. If a property or policy question can be answered better with data, it is in scope.
